Accessibility Statement

We want this site to work for everyone.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Our goal

We want everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control, to be able to read this site and request help. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

  • Pages use a single main heading, a logical heading order, and landmark regions, with a "Skip to content" link at the top.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are marked.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone, and focus outlines show where you are when using a keyboard.
  • Text and buttons are designed for readable color contrast, and the site respects reduced-motion settings.
  • Pages are plain HTML and CSS without pop-ups or chat widgets, so they work with browser zoom and reader modes.
  • Cost tables use simple header rows and scroll sideways on small screens instead of shrinking text.

Known limitations

Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service, and we can't fully control its confirmation screens. If you have trouble, tell us and we will help another way.
