Providers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, and we are not responsible for any provider's estimates, pricing, permits, licensing, insurance, schedule, or workmanship. You are responsible for verifying a provider's license and insurance before hiring.

Articles, cost guides, and location pages on this site are general information. Cost figures are broad estimates drawn from published contractor and industry cost guides, not quotes, and they vary widely by location, home, and scope. Nothing on this site is legal, insurance, or financial advice. Codes, permits, insurance terms, and prices vary and change; confirm details with the appropriate professional, your insurer, or the relevant agency.
Text messages (SMS) and calls
